Palm Harbor University has many sports teams including golf. The golf team has had lots of success over the years. This year they are looking to win the regional championship.

This season they have had a lot of success as they are already district champs, but they are not done yet. Now they are focused on winning regionals.

They are practicing a lot for this tournament and preparing in different ways. Hopefully they can bring home the regionals trophy. So far, they are on the right track with a strong 15-0 season and it seems they are the favorites going into this tournament.

The team is working very hard in preparation for this tournament. “We practice every day after school, even on Fridays,” Justin Dittmar said. “We have a good chance if our key players perform.”

The regional tournament is on October 17. They are competing against Countryside, East Lake, and a few other schools for the regional title.

The PHU golf team has put in a lot of work and devoted huge amounts of time into this season including practicing and raising money so that they would have a chance to win. Hopefully all the hard work and dedication will pay off in the end with the regional title.
