Gotta catch ‘em all! Pokémon Go is the raging new app of Summer 2016. Many people of all ages have gone overboard to catch every 151 creatures in this 3½ star-rated game.

There are three teams that rule this game: Team Instinct, Team Valor, and Team Mystic. Players get to join a team once they have reached level 5. “Team Mystic is the majority of players, and Valor is a bunch of exercise lovers,” Emilie Embrey, a loyal member of Team Instinct, said. To go more in depth on the Team Instinct which is the yellow team, its members are going by the motto of its leader Spark:

‘Pokémon are creatures with excellent intuition. I bet the secret to their intuition is related to how they’re hatched. You never lose when you trust your instincts!’

So most of this team’s members are very free spirited in playing. Then there is the red team, Valor, which is led by the leader Candela with the motto:

‘Pokémon are stronger than humans, and they’re warm-hearted too! I’m researching ways to enhance Pokémon’s natural power in the pursuit of true strength. There’s no doubt that the Pokémon our team have trained are the strongest in battle!’

Last but not least is the blue team by the name of Mystic. Their leader is Blanche with the quote, ‘The wisdom of Pokémon is immeasurably deep. I am researching why it is that they evolve. With our calm analysis of every situation we can’t lose!’ And while Team Instinct has more carefree players, the Teams Valor and Mystic dominate the everlasting battles for gyms with Brawn vs Wisdom.

There are dangers to playing this app that can follow your fun like a shadow. They stem from the recklessness of some of its player’s actions. Pokémon Go should not be an excuse for driving while you are on the phone. Playing while driving is just as dangerous as texting while driving. On August 3rd 2016, Jessica Lloyd was driving around town while playing Pokémon Go with one of her friends. They were going to the beach on the route 60. They would make stops when they found Pokémon on their way.”I was driving but, just for a second I looked down to my phone to see if they were any Pokémon in the radar, when I heard a car beep its horn. I realized I was in the middle of two car lanes and was about to hit the car in front of me!” Said Jessica. She described it as the worst experience in her life.
” I think I felt my heart stop for a moment” said her friend that was with her.

This game is not a form of GPS, if you’re not watching where you are going you can get hurt like how these girls almost were. Players should be as safe as possible while also having fun.

People have been going to very popular places to go catch the ever popular pocket monsters.

Even though there are cons with the safety issues, the app is still perfect for people who don’t usually go out and exercise, and who want to make that step with some fun in the mix. Because the game requires people to leave their house in order to search for Pokémon, many people who have played have had great increases in their physical activity.

Many people have traveled quite around to catch these pocket monsters. There are people who would hang about in parks and on cosways. There has even been situations when people travel to other states or even countries that they instantly whip out their phones to play.

This is a creation for Pokémon lovers as well as anyone who wants to go on an adventure.
