Located on the corner of Tampa Road and CR 1, New Wave Nutrition is a hotspot for active students in the area. First time visitors get their shake on the house (as long as they are with a returning customer).

When it comes time to order, you have to make three choices. Your aloe, which goes in your tea. After choosing your aloe, you then order your tea, which burns 150 calories by speeding up your metabolism.

The last thing you order is your shake. Made by Herbalife, you choose a base mix flavor, which is either chocolate or vanilla.

After choosing the base, you choose a “healthy meal” flavor, some of which are cookies and cream, piña colada, and even mint chocolate.

“My favorite flavors are Caramel Crunch, Banana Foster Cheesecake, and Oreo Cheesecake,” Gianna Baldizzi (’21) said.
