Cookies and Cream for Days

A recipe of large, chunky cookies and cream cookies.

Feeling sweet today? Cookies and cream cookies are a staple for any occasion, or time of day. These cookies are massive, meaning chunky and delicious. They are quick and easy, and make an amazing treat for any day.

Ingredients for the cookies: (Courtesy of

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 ¼ Cup of all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp of baking soda and baking powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup of cake flour
  • 1 tsp of cornstarch 
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 9 oz cookies and cream bars
  • 15 oreos
  • 1 stick of butter

Even though the ingredients list is a bit lengthy, the process is simple:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
  • Using a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the cold butter. Then add in the white sugar and brown sugar and let the butter and sugar cream together.
  • Add in the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add in the dry ingredients and then add in the chopped Oreo cookies and cookies and creme bars.
  • Shape dough into 7-large cookies (Or as many as you’d like) and bake for 10-12 minutes  at 375°F.
  • Let cookies cool on the cookie sheet for 15 minutes and then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
  • Enjoy!
