Brownie Recipe

Brownies. What are they? Brownies are a traditionally know desert in America. This desert is known as a chocolate goodness layered with fudge used for holidays or parties as a fun, chocolate desert. Brownies can be an easy, quick, creative desert to make.

 

Recipe:

  1. Grab a bowl and put all dry ingredients in the bowl
  • ¾ cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cups of cocoa powder (sift if lumpy)
  • ½ cup of powdered sugar (sift if lumpy)
  • ½ cup of dark chocolate chips
  • ¾ teaspoons sea salt
  1. Mix wet ingredients in a different bowl
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cups of canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons of water
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  1. Put ingredients together in one bowl and mix.
  2. Pour mix into a baking pan and put in oven for 40-45 minutes to a 325-degree oven.

 

Brownies can freeze up to a month and you can double up the mix and throw it in the freezer and u can save it for a second batch. You can save the batter to make it quickly for a snack for an afternoon treat. Brownies can come in a variety of forms. Fudgy, cakey, cookie brownie could really change the recipe for a brownie. You could throw more stuff in there to make it more fun and delicious!
