The sound of over revving engines and mufflers trying to breathe in the pile of muck can be heard. The infectious ways of getting down-right dirty is called “mudding”. Mudding involves Dodges, Fords, GMCs, and any other type of car. These mudders can get their hands on. What’s the best place to go muddin’? Juniors Nick Vios and Tom McFadden both agree on.
“Rancho!” (A popular mudding spot near Wesley Chapel)
“The best part of mudding is meeting and hanging with new people and getting stuck,” junior Mcfadden said.
For some it brings out the old “kid” in them.
Although the dirty hobby of mudding is fun, it can get a little pricy for a high school student.
“I spend a lot on gas. Per trip I’d say about $50” Vios said
Mudding means getting your car dirty.
“I clean my car when I can’t see out my windows anymore.” Vios said.
It’s not hard to be a mudder. Get yourself a truck and find yourself some mud. Get together with some friends and mud it up. Don’t worry about getting dirty, worry more about not getting stuck!
