Girls Lacrosse Play at Home for PCACs.

PCAC is the athletic championship for Pinellas County schools. On Tuesday April 4th the Palm Harbor University girls lacrosse team played Northeast High school on our home fields. Previously played Northeast away at their fields twice and both times came home with the win. Going into the game both teams were ready to complete for this title knowing that the game was going to be competitive. At 7:30pm the first draw went up and the game began. Palm Harbor led with the first goal and a couple more following. Later Northeast started racking up their goals as they were winning more and more draws but Palm Harbor was persistent in staying with at least a two goal lead. During half time both teams talked over strategies in order to better their skill in order to win this title. Palm harbor stayed with the lead and ended up winning 9-6.

Boys Lacrosse Play at Home for PCAC

On Wednesday April 5th Palm Harbor University boys lacrosse team played Osceola High school on our home fields. Previously played Osceola away at their fields and were defeated by the warriors, coming home devastated by the loss. Going into the game our Palm Harbor boys knew that they had to put in all of their effort in order to win this game. If the boys wanted to win this game they were going to have to fight for their win and clean up mistakes that were made at the previous game earlier in the year. The teams went head to head at 7:00pm. Throughout the whole game no team was ever ahead by a lot. Scores were back and forth making both teams more and more anxious. The Palm Harbor hurricanes pulled through with a win over the  Osceola warriors by two; a score of 10-8.
