What is your favorite Christmas movie and why?


“‘A Christmas Story’ because literally everything about it is just top tier,” Madeline Franco (‘23) said.


“I like ‘Home Alone’ because it’s really funny,” Serene Alandary (‘23) said.


“‘Home Alone’ because it’s just superior,” Mia Manning (‘26) said.


“I love all the Charlie Brown specials because they’re classics,” Madi Rolfe (‘24) said.


Do you have a favorite Christmas song? If so, which one?


“‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ by Mariah Carey because they play it every year,” Damian Gold (‘23) said.


“I like ‘Holly Jolly Christmas’” Alandary (‘23) said.

What is your favorite holiday dessert?


“Cream cheese spritz cookies, they are a family recipe and you can make different shapes,” Franco (‘23) said.


“I like Haitian patties,” Gold (‘23) said.

What is your favorite holiday tradition?


“My favorite holiday tradition is eating dinner for Noche Buena with my family,” said Franco (‘23)


“Cooking dinner together and eating with my extended family is really cool,” Gold (‘23) said.


“Putting the star on the tree,” Dambtosio (‘26) said.


If you could pick any character from any holiday movie to spend the holidays with, who would it be and why?


“Buddy the Elf seems like a fun guy,” Alandary (‘23) said. 


“The grinch because it’d be fun,” Dambtosio (‘26) said.


“Buddy the Elf because he’s like the best person ever,” Manning (‘26) said.


“Jim Carrey’s Grinch, he’s a cool dude I feel like he would be fun to make cookies with,” said Rolfe (‘24).


What are you most looking forward to this holiday season?


“I’m looking forward to spending time with my friends and doing things for the holiday with them,” Manning (‘26) said.


“I need money,” Rolfe (‘24) said.


“Honestly just time off from school and getting to sleep in. I also like baking and watching Christmas movies,” Knauff (‘23) said.


“Spending time with my family and friends,” Dambtosio (‘26) said.
