To get started, here is how to make a crisp cucumber smoothie. This smoothie not only is healthy and hydrating but tastes fantastic.

All you need is:

  • 1 cup of chopped and peeled cucumbers
  • ½ a cup of Greek yogurt
  • banana at room temperature
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • About 10 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon or lime juice

To make this mighty green smoothie, just combine the following ingredients into your blender and blend until your smoothie is nice and creamy.

But wait it gets better, give your tastebuds a thrill with this sweet yet tangy pomegranate smoothie.

All you need is:

  • 1 cup of pomegranate seeds (You can either cut and gather the seeds from a pomegranate or buy 5 ounces of the seeds.)
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 banana at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt
  • ½ a tablespoon of maple syrup

Once you have your ingredients, repeat the process of blending them together until creamy. This is a perfect easy step smoothie to make anytime.

One last smoothie you may want to try is the sweet strawberry smoothie. While this is the sweetest smoothie, it still contains lots of nutrients.

All you need is:

  • 2 cups of frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana at room temperature
  • ¼ cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of any sweetening syrup
  • ½ cup of ice

After blending this smoothie, you will feel like you are drinking a strawberry milkshake.

I hope you give these smoothies a try as the summer heat of Florida rises. These smoothies will insure your body of nutrients and many healthier supplements.
