The homecoming dance is a high school dance that a lot of people go to. Students mostly love the fact that they can be with their friends, have a great time and just have fun. It shows how excited people are for this event and shows how much effort they are putting into planning and outfits etc. Spirit week details on the week before homecoming and celebrating by dressing up for different themes each day. People can go to the extreme with this but that’s the main fun of it. The days of spirit week were:

Day 1: Generation Day

Day 2: Character Day

Day 3: Color Wars

Day 4: Anything but a Backpack Day

Day 5: Decades Day

What do you look forward to for homecoming?

“I look forward to having a great time with friends and making new memories and just having a really great time over. I just hope everybody has a great time and gets along.”

What are you planning on wearing to homecoming and describe what it looks like?

“I plan on wearing a blue and black jacket with a black long sleeve under it. As accessories I plan on having a gold chain and a Gucci belt that’s also gold with black pants with blue and gold shoes.”

How do you think Spirit Week is going to go?

“I think it’s going to be overall good; I’m really excited for anything but a backpack day. I think it’s going to be a great day and fun. I’m excited to see what people are going to wear and how far they are willing to go for spirit week.”

Are you planning on dressing up for all days of Spirit week?

“Yes, maybe. I think the only day I might not dress up for is the country vs country club.”

Are you going to homecoming? If not, why? 

“Of course, who wouldn’t want to miss out on a high school opportunity and great to be able to tell the story of the homecoming dance. “

Do you think this homecoming is going to be better than others?

“I don’t know I’ve never been to a homecoming dance but I think it will go well because I know a ton of people so it would be fun.”

Do you like the theme of it?

“I think it’s a really good theme, it reminds me of the greatest showman.”

“I look forward to seeing my friends at homecoming and taking pictures.”

What are you planning on wearing to homecoming and describe what it looks like?

“A black dress with sequins and long sleeves.”

How do you think Spirit Week is going to go?

“Usually there’s a lot of people that participated last year. Personally, I did not but I think a lot of people are going to end up doing it.”

Are you going to homecoming? If not, why?

“I am going because homecoming is an experience and high school is short, so you have to make the most of it.”

Do you think this homecoming is going to be better than others?

“Yes, mostly because I feel like sophomore year it’s more fun and I have a lot of friends so it’s going to be fun.”
