We all know and love Starbucks for many reasons, but is it a bit overrated?

While Starbucks is available everywhere and the consistency and flavor of Starbucks products. Starbucks stores are also known to often provide a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. If you ever walk into a Starbucks, you will always see someone working and sometimes they might not even have a Starbucks drink. Some people might find that Starbucks is a bit expensive to many people and their new drinks are overrated. Marly Saied (24’) talks about how she dislikes the seasonal coffee, “I don’t and won’t ever like Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte, it tastes fake and just overall bad.” She also talks about how there are some good drinks and food. “I mean yeah I don’t like the seasonal drinks, but I like the Ice Chai Latte and the brownies are amazing.” It all depends on your preferences.

Some people were also really annoyed about the fall drinks already being replaced by the Christmas drink a month early. Marly (24’) says “I was scared to try the fall drinks after the Pumpkin Spice Latte, but I tried the Salted Caramel Mocha and I loved it, it’s really annoying how is it already gone it is only November and they are changing it tomorrow.” There are several coffee shop options and even some machines that are good enough to rival Starbucks in terms of both coffee quality and atmosphere. Dunkin’ is a popular chain known for its coffee. As well as Bloom Kava and Tea located in Palm Harbor. The “best” coffee shop will depend on your coffee preferences, the ambiance you seek, and your location. Don’t be afraid to try and explore new places, sometimes we shouldn’t stick to what we know.
